Shipping policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery: all orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - fully insured and requiring a signature on arrival - for complete peace of mind. Standard UK delivery is £4.95, and free on all orders over £50.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once posted, Special Delivery typically arrives the next working day.

Click & Collect: prefer to collect in person? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from our store at 58 Fore Street, Tiverton EX16 6LD. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a card for redelivery or collection.
