Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and in their original, undamaged condition
• Returned with all original packaging, boxes and documentation
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Personalised, engraved or specially ordered pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to return: please contact us at hello@gwpackjewellers.co.uk or call 01884 252655 before sending anything back, and we’ll guide you through it. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, and we strongly recommend a tracked, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty items: if an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us straight away. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
