How much is delivery and how long does it take?+
We send every order by tracked Royal Mail within the UK.
Royal Mail 48: usually arrives in two working days. £1.95, or free on orders of £50 or more.
Royal Mail 24: arrives the next working day when you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. £2.94 on orders under £50, £0.99 on orders from £50 to £99.99, and free on orders of £100 or more.

Can I collect my order? Where from?+
Yes, Click & Collect is free. Choose it at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Collect it from our shop: G W Pack Jewellers, 58 Fore Street, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6LD. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 4pm. Open in Google Maps.
Do you offer free gift wrapping?+
Yes, gift wrapping is free. When you order online, tick the "Add free gift wrapping" box in your basket before you check out and we'll wrap your order ready to give. Buying in the shop? Just ask.
What is your returns policy?+
If you change your mind, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can't be returned unless faulty, and personalised or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact us on 01884 252655 or at hello@gwpackjewellers.co.uk before sending anything back. Anything faulty is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Refund policy.
What are your opening hours?+
We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 16:00, and closed on Sundays. You'll find us at 58 Fore Street, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6LD.
