Do you offer free gift wrapping?+
Yes. Every order comes beautifully wrapped at no extra cost.
Can I reserve online and collect in store?+
Yes. Reserve online and collect from our shop in Tiverton.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?+
UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders over £50. Everything is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and signed for, and orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You can also choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up from our Tiverton store. See our Delivery policy for more.
What is your returns policy?+
If you change your mind, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they're unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings can't be returned unless faulty, and personalised or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Please contact us on 01884 252655 or at hello@gwpackjewellers.co.uk before sending anything back. Anything faulty is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details are in our Refund policy.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00.
